No Street lighting on Sandown Esplanade

Sent to Island Roads 10 hours, 50 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16324565.

There has only been emergency lighting at 3 points on Sandown Esplanade for several weeks with the ordinary street lighting not working at night resulting in several extensive sections being in complete darkness. This is unsafe from several perspectives. The regular lighting needs to beinstated as soon as possible.
