Persistent dog fouling

On 5 occasions over the past months dog fouling has occurred on the pavement at the boundary of the former Redan pub on Church Lane. The pavement is narrow and people have been forced to walk in the carriage way on several occasions. Also, in the hot weather the smell is permeating along the street.
