Footway blocked

The footway on this one way stretch of road is blocked by brambles and undergrowth causing myself and other pedestrians to have to walk in the road, which is dangerous. Drivers use this road as a shortcut and travel at speed and near misses are not unusual. The cars drive over the footway as the opposite side of the road is also overgrown. If this is not your responsibility please could you please forward to relevant organisation.
