The ditch is full of gravel

When the water main was replaced last winter the edge of the road was destroyed, island road replaced it with gravel twice and top soil which washed down the surface drain and ended up it the ditch. This is now over half way up the pipe under the road. There is another smaler pipe (highlighted in red) almost completely disapeared that comes from the surface drain at bottom of Pixley Hill by the bus stop. This ditch needs digging out while it's dry, before the rain comes !!!
