Road closure sign fallen over/broken

The road closure sign at the top of Green Street has fallen over in the winds - can't just stand it up again as the extra sign that was fixed to it with details of the closure has fallen off.

The extra/loose sign is on the ground under the road closure sign to stop it from becoming an issue for road users in the meantime.
