Yellow manhole lid

The yellow manhole has sunk and isn’t level with the road. It’s started to crack the tarmac. I live at 190 carisbrooke Road and when the lorry’s and especially the new electric buses which are very heavy, drive over it they it makes such a bang that it shakes my house and has even started making cracks appear inside.
