Overgrown hedge obscuring sight line

The hedge of the property at the corner of Westhill Road and Victoria Avenue has overgrown to an extent that it obscures the sight line for drivers pulling out of Westhill Road. This means that there is not a good view of what is coming down Victoria Avenue, so pulling can be a bit chancy.
