These barriers have been here for over a year, I believe because it was reported that the retaining wall was cracking / moving. Had this issue been monitored you would have seen that there has been no movement ( as there hasn’t in the last 20 years) I request that this unnecessary ‘clutter ‘ is removed as it achieved nothing other than trapping debris
