Over grown hedge and trees

I have reported this 2 years ago but it’s not been maintained. The bramble filled hedge row means cars can’t park inside the white lines as damage is being caused to the car. Also the trees have never been maintained and are hanging over the cars which means the bird droppings are also causing damage. The branches are now also growing through the electrical cables attached to the house. Please could the hedges be cut back and the trees cut back so as not to overhang the cables/cars? We be very grateful! Thank you
