Large dip (pot hole)

There is a very long dip (pot hole) in the road, close to the kerb outside 31, 33 & 35 Mill Hill Road, PO31 7EG. Large vehicles and buses have to drive through the dip which causes a vibration within my property. This has happened before and new tarmac was laid - unfortunately it had to be dug up not long after due to a burst pipe and is gradually getting worse again. There are other areas just past this pot hole which have also had repairs done but the repairs are failing.
