A caravan has taken up residence in a layby and the occupant runs a generator, has two large dogs, accumulates rubbish on the highway, has set the caravan up on blocks and there was a distinct smell of human waste in the vicinity. I have been advised by the local IWCC member to report this issue using fixmystreet.
