Outside my house at Number 47 Clatterford Road

On the road outside my house I have noticed a crack and depression in the tarmac that seems to be getting worse - it looks in line with my water meter so is potentially an issue with the water main on the highway, a potential 'sink hole'? Also very bad potholes in this area of the road also.
