Stinging nettles / weeds very overgrown

Overgrown stinging nettles and weeds! Head height for young children. My daughter got stung. The whole path is an issue from the duck pond all the way to the bottom corner before you get to clever cloggs nursery. There is 5 nursery’s/ schools near that path so an issue to many children. It was cut last year so not sure why it hasn’t been done this year .
