Hedges over growing onto road

The hedges and bushes along the road are over growing and growing into the road space. There is no footpath on the road and it is a main road that a lot of children and people use to get access to school ok foot. Where the hedges of stinging nettles and thorns are over growing it is forcing children to walk dangerously into the road around blind corners.
