Emergency Sign Placement

I have just come from Newport towards the West Wight. I came around the corner at the newbridge junction and had to slam on the brakes. Once i realised i was not going to stop in time before hitting your emergency signs/cones, i had to swerve and try to avoid them all. There was no prior warning of these emergency closure signs blocking the road. Luckily i did not hit anything, but if anything had been on the other side of the road at the time, there is a very high chance I would’ve had a very serious crash. I was so shook up, I felt it only right that I say something before somebody gets hurt. Not fair at all, seriously dangerous and totally unacceptable.
