Loose Inspection Cover

The Inspection Cover is loose and rattles every time a vehicle drives over it. The resulting clunk is noisy and disturbing, particularly at night meaning we have to have bedroom windows closed during this warm weather.

I reported a similar problem about 18 months ago.

Its location in in Horsebridge Hill at the junction of Nokes Common.

I am a former employee of Island Roads where I worked as Development Control Engineer in the Operations Section.

I have taken photos and a shirt video but your site is not allowing me to upload them. I am happy to forward them to the relevant Engineer/Inspector.
