Subsided footpath

The footpath has subsided - we think due to badger activity. The problem has been this way for about a year. The only other access I have to my house, Seagate Cottage is down steep steps from Beaconsfield road. I have recently had knee replacement surgery and need to use the footpath, from kings bay road, for bringing in groceries etc. many thanks Peter Thwaites
