Algae on road

There is water coming off the field down the lane which is expected after the winter rain but it’s left slippery wet algae in the middle of the lane. This part you have to walk on. My daughter has to walk this everyday to get the school bus, it’s incredibly slippery and needs cleaning off please. Myself and another villager have slipped in it. Can the road sweeper come up and clean it.
