This is a 2nd white transit van to be abandoned in the last 3 months . The van is not taxed or mot both expiring in 2023 /2024 . The vehicle is old , unsightly and preventing other people from parking whilst using the beach or local footpaths. The van has old parts inside and is of poor state of repair .
