Dipped, uneven road surfacing

Causing awful thuds and vibrations to surrounding properties, as we are on a busy bus route including frequent heavy goods vehicles etc . New heavier electric dbl decker buses when travelling past too fast cause thuds/ vibrations. Large area opposite side of the road has a large dipped surface, also areas my side of the road are soon to do the same..
