Potholes and uneven road surface

Sent to Island Roads 2 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16314885.

Uneven road surface and potholes as you come round the bend. As you pass norcott drive on your left and go round the curve towards the village centre the road feels as if it is rutted and uneven. I couldn’t see what the problem was but likely to be damaged surface. Could it be looked at please. Many thanks Paul
