Profile of the ditch fails to collect and carry surface water to outfall resulting in flooding of the carriageway putting adjacent properties at risk. Ditch located on western side of the result.

Concerned is also raised that there's a blocked culvert outside of the property Avalon and concerns around the down stream ditch system
