There are 2 vehicles parked on Nightingale Road in Newport. A white Ford Focus Reg: CA09 MHV that has been declared as SORN . And a Volkswagen Tiguan that currently does not have any road tax on it, that have been abandoned and have not moved for over 4 weeks now. This is coursing a lack of parking for local residents
