Pothole/failed repair around drain

Road/tarmac around the drain cover was repaired and while ago, but has obviously broken away leaving a large section, fairly deep, exposed underlayer/hardcore. Its square shaped round 3 sides of the drain in the road. Where im assuming the old tarmac was cut out for the previous repair.

3rd drain cover back from the lights. (I think it is i drove back that way in the light today to check)

Unfortunately done have a photo as that's a busy road.

I've driven over it without realising it was there and wheel went into it making a loud bang & dented my alloy.
