School sign issues

Sent to Island Roads 1 hour, 15 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16311346.

The sign indicating 20mph school is flickering but not fully lighting up and not working at the correct time as has been seen lit up at 3.30 in the last 3 months. Was definitely not lit up yesterday in the morning or afternoon.
