Pot hole getting bigger on blind bend

Water is eroding the road and pot hole and subsequent area is being adversely affected. Southern water have visited and said not their issue, meanwhile road surface is getting worse and losing traction on a steep hill. Top of Egypt Hill at junction with Baring Road.
