Sent to Island Roads 2 hours, 34 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16310704.

This is one on many manholes along Fairlee Road which has either a noisy cover or the tarmac is breaking up/sunken. There are possibly 8 or 9 along a small stretch of road that I use daily when passing through Newport. Caused by either poor quality materials and/or poor workmanship that is rarely quality checked on completion. Thanks. Matthew.
