Water being channel onto highway by remodelled ditch
Sent to Island Roads 1 hour, 30 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16310323.
A ditch system within the grounds of Stich Cottage appears to have been remodelled with an outfall pipe being laid to discharge directly onto the highway bypassing the ditch system. Contributing to surface water flooding, risk of slippery carriageway (ice during cold, and greening of the carriageway), causing a down stream flooding and ponding of surface water on the carriageway issue. Please investigate with the LLFA and LPA if needed
