Wrax Rd Barriers Moved

Road Closed barriers have been moved much closer to Wrax Rd . Closed sign moved. Work vehicles, cars and SUV's are now driving through the gap. Vehicles are meeting at the gap space and some reversing down the bend where pedestrians walk. Red barrier placed in front of dog waste bin so difficult to access the dog waste bin.
