Movement of the hard road closer

Sent to Island Roads 2 days, 1 hour, 20 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16309780.

Yet again the road block has been moved and cars are serving up and down through the gap . I have pulled the barrier across this morning but couldn’t move the metal blockage . Also the signs at the top of mall are no longer up .
