As previously stated the dropped kerb outside our property has sunk and is level with the road. You stated that this issue was to be discussed at December’s Committee meeting. I have not heard anything from you but you stated in your email that you agree that it has slipped. It has continued to rain, nearly every day as you know, and we continue to get all the rainwater off the road as there is no drain nearby. I also stated that my elderly parents also live at the property and is quite hazardous for my father in particular as he walks with a stick and is uneasy on his feet. Saying this, the pavement and driveway is now becoming green and slimy which adds a possibility of them slipping over. I am trying to prevent an accident happening. I will take action against the Council if he does injure himself as it is preventable. I am really annoyed that no action has been taken as it is your responsibility to maintain the highways and pavements. Please consider any action required to resolve this. I would be grateful.
