Untaxed and no MOT on car parked on side of road

There is an Audi Q7 S Line Quattro TDI parked on Albion Road. It has been declared SORN and has not been MOT’d since 23 February 2025. The car is an obstruction to the road making it difficult for cars to drive down without having to jump the kerb. I have seen the car parked there since December 2025 and it has not moved since.
