Traffic lights at junction of St Georges Approach and Church Litten are not timed correctly

Sent to Island Roads 1 hour, 19 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16309120.

Travelled this way on Sunday and Monday morning. Both times the traffic turning right is sat there for some time with the lights on red even when no traffic coming in opposite way. Irritating on sunday but monday morning was terrible. Traffic backs up leading to congestion on roundabout.
