Loads of potholes after a repair 10 days ago

After a repair 10 days ago the same area is not littered with deep pot holes. The whole section needs ripping up and resurfacing as each patched repair is breaking up. It will only let me add three pictures but there are 7 I wanted to add so these are only a snippet of the issue.
