Road needs resurfacing

I had previously complained about this road and was told it was being fixed. Then to my shock I had a email saying it had been fixed. I don’t think filling one tiny pothole is fixing the road. when there are several others plus a massive dent in the road. As photographed this piece of road is very bumpy completely slopped and cracked. It is not safe for cyclists either I do have over 20 years experience maintaining roads in London and there’s no way this is acceptable and I’m not sure how this can be missed by your inspector to be honest. Portsmouth have been voted best roads in the country where Isle of Wight probably has the worst can you not contract people from there to work on here to help pick standards up.
