The slab is very loose and moves when you walk on it. The mortar around it is mostly gone and the rain is just washing it out underneath, which will probably effect the surrounding slabs soon if not fixed. Not sure how long this has been an issue but if its left it will get worse, and lots of elderly people use that shop.
