Deep gully forming in parking area

Since Hollow lane has been resurfaced there is an area just before a large drain that is too high and it caused the water to run off to either side. One side forms a stream across the road and the other side has been cutting across the clay & gravel parking area. This has caused a gully to form and will only get deeper. In the pictures provided you can see a clear triangle of debris, just in front of the drain, to show that the run off is not able to get to the drain.
