A big white van is parked facing oncoming traffic on the pavement. A few yards further down a car is parked on the pavement facing oncoming traffic making it difficult for residents to get out of their driveways. The elderly who walk along the pavement then have to walk around the vehicles on the road to get home.The van at the top of the hill makes dring to the right difficult with oncoming traffic. Can you please help. This has been going on for 6 mths now.
