Sent to Island Roads 5 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16305962.

Vehicle has not moved since receiving a PCN on the 6th of November. It has now been vandalised with the passenger door being bent open. It is SORN and has had no Tax since January 2024. This comes under section 4 of the RDAA 1978 (only fit for destruction)
