Something has rode up onto the pavement and shattered a Concrete Kerbstone. Concrete has shattered into many pieces - Ive moved the larger pieces to the side of pavement to prevent traffic close to kerb hitting the debris. without repair/replacement, it will continue to shed debris when hit
