East Street raised drainage stones

Along East Street, on the south side, there are several (at least 3x) very loose and raised lengths of gully "kerb stones". I have highlighted one just as an example in the attached image - this one is not loose, it just shows where they are located. Please could you check the length of East Street so that they can be fixed. Thank you
