Walking up Augusta Road from the sea at the right hand corner of Augusta Road and Spencer road there is an evergreen tree and shrubbery overhanging the footpath. As i am six foot + , I have to step into the road to bypass this obstruction. Normally this would not be a problem but any traffic coming from the top of Spencer road and turning left into Augusta Road may not see me. Could you please inform the owner to cut back the overgrowth so that free access to the footpath is re-established. Thank you.
