Large build up of water on the roads

Outside of our property (9 Parklands Avenue) There is very large build up of water which has been brought on by the heavy rain that we have been experiencing. There is no drainage solution on this stretch of the road so our concern is that if it continues to rain like it has been (This will pool after just a matter of hours) that this could overflow onto our drive and become a flood issue. Could you please advise as to whether there is anything you are able to do to support us with this and ensure for proper drainage on the road.
