Block Drain just at entrance to footpath

Sent to Island Roads 45 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16304323.

The drain is blocked at the entrance to the path in the car park area and you can see the water running down the path a bit futher on behind number 57. This will become a slip hazzard if we have freezing conditions.
