Blocked road drain pipe

Sent to Island Roads 58 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16303965.

The road drain: (location Montrose/Rose Cottage) is blocked underground. I have kept the grid clear for the last few weeks, however the water just "fills" it up indicating the problem is the pipe further down.
