Blocked drain

The drain in the road outside the holiday home number 31 is blocked again so after every extended heavy downpour the whole road floods and takes days to soak away. There is no flood currently so it’s a perfect time to clear it again. I’m amazed this drain still isn’t cleared as a matter of routine as it blocks multiple times a year and is only cleared when I bother to call it in.
