Road drains are blocked

You did come and clear one of the three drains very recently but all are not allowing water to flow. Road was very blocked with water yesterday. Yes there are leaves but I cleared the leaves and all three where not flowing. Water was going under my gate into the brook. I dug out a little of the side to the bridge / river to allow some to clear. The new road surface laid over the original channels to allow excess water to drain to the brook by the bridge. Could you please get the drains flowing and sweep the sides of the road.
