Site Inspection needed as a priority as it appears the Inspection cover maybe missing from a chamber at the side of the road posing a risk for peds or vehicle dropping in.

Inspection cover adjacent to farm access surcharge leading to flooding of the carriageway. High speed road in a unilluminated area.

Flooding also poses a risk.
