HW55 HRU car has been parked here since June 2025 and not moved. MOT expired in March, tax has just expired. Vehicle has, on first glance, a disabled notice in windscreen, but on closer inspection it is not an official disabled badge and seems to have been placed to misguide anyone checking it.
