Noisy drain cover

Sent to Island Roads 25 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16300251.

Each time a vehicle travels over the drain cover, it makes a loud clang, day & night. Not sure if it’s starting to collapse, but it is very annoying especially for nearby houses.
